Mango Tomato Salsa Fondue Recipe Sauce
1 | Medium tomato, diced | |
1/2 | Mango, diced | |
15 ml | (1 tbsp) | Onion, diced |
20 ml | (4 tsp) | Lime juice |
15 ml | (1 tbsp) | Extra virgin olive oil |
5 ml | (1 tsp) | Chives, chopped |
5 ml | (1 tsp) | Cilantro, chopped |
Salt and pepper |
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Serve.
Dill Dip
300 ml | (1 1/4 cup) | Low-fat sour cream |
3 | Shallots, finely chopped | |
30 ml | (2 tbsp) | Fresh dill, finely chopped |
15 ml | (1 tbs) | Lemon juice |
Salt and pepper |
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Keep refrigerated until it is served.
4. Serve cold.
Oriental Dip
30 ml | (2 tbsp) | Sesame oil |
30 ml | (2 tbsp) | Low sodium soy sauce |
20 ml | (4 tsp) | Lemon juice |
1 | Garlic clove, crushed | |
15 ml | (1 tbsp) | Dried chili peppers |
Salt and pepper |
1. Mix together.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Serve.
Soy Ginger Dip
125 ml | (1/2 cup) | Low sodium soy sauce |
30 ml | (2 tbsp) | Fresh ginger, grated |
30 ml | (2 tbsp) | Dry sherry |
20 ml | (4 tsp) | Splenda |
10 ml | (2 tsp) | Garlic, minced |
1. Mix together.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Serve.
