Shipping and Return Policy

The following Shipping and Refund Policy has been formatted into a Question and Answer format for legibility. They form an integral part of our Terms and Conditions, which you can read here.



All complete fondue guides are covered by a 60-day warranty. If you purchased one of our guides and are not satisfied, please email info@bestfondue.com to request a refund. We will initiate a PayPal refund, which may take a few weeks to be finalized (delay is on PayPal’s end of things. We will initiate the refund within 48 hours of receiving the request.).

All other sales (merchandise or any other non digital product that may be sold on the site) are final. In the event of missing or damaged items, please contact us at info@bestfondue.com.

All merchandise sales are final and cannot be canceled because a third-party delivers those goods and we are unable to cancel those orders in time.

Digital downloads of fondue guides are available worldwide.

Merchandise products are only available where the manufacturer ships and delivers. This will vary from product to product.

You should have seen a direct download link immediately upon providing payment. Additionally, you should have received an email from us that contains a download link that will let you access your files.

To open PDF files, you can download Adobe Reader for free.

Complete fondue guides are delivered immediately upon receiving payment.

For physical merchandise, there are different fulfillment times depending on your order and where the order is fulfilled.

For merchandise orders, shipping can take from five to ten business days after fulfillment. Merchandise fulfillment can take up to fifteen business days + up to ten business days for shipping, so please be patient and your order will eventually reach you. It’s important to keep everyone safe and healthy, and that includes people who work to create the custom merchandise and ship it to you.

NOTE: Due to Covid-19, fulfillment delays are possible.

Before contacting us, please check your original order confirmation email to see if there was a mistake in the delivery address. You can also check with your local post office to see if your package is there, waiting to be picked up.

NOTE: Package theft is unfortunately trending, so check with your neighbors to see if they could have seen anything or if the courier left your package with them.

If it’s been a full calendar month since you ordered your merchandise (to cover fulfillment and shipping delays), the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, email us at info@bestfondue.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Please wait a full 15 minutes and check your spam folder, promotions tab, and other tabs/folders where the email could be hiding.

There are no fees on digital products.

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

The fondue guides were crafted with care and our recipes were tested.

For merchandise, we work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shippers. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

There is no tracking for fondue guide as the download links are provided immediately upon providing payment.

For merchandise orders: if your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@bestfondue.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

We don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts. There’s one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@bestfondue.com within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item.
