This classic cheese fondue recipe is perfect if you want to have a fun evening with friends.
It’s enough to serve 4 people and, like all cheese fondue recipes, it’s rich and filling.
This cheese fondue recipe is very similar to the traditional Swiss fondue recipe, except that it only requires one type of cheese, and Kirsch has been replaced with Brandy.
If you don’t have Brandy on hand, you can use lemon juice instead.
You’ll need about 30 minutes to prepare this meal.
