Easy Recipe for Butterscotch Fondue
125 ml | (1/2 cup) | Cream, 35% |
125 ml | (1/2 cup) | Brown sugar |
30 ml | (2 tbs) | Butter |
2 ml | (1/2 tsp) | Vanilla |
2 ml | (1/2 tsp) | Rum |
Assortment of Dippers |
1. In a small saucepan, mix the cream, brown sugar and butter.
2. Heat up over medium heat and bring to a boil while stirring.
3. Let the mixture thicken for about 5 minutes.
4. Pour the content into your warm fondue pot.
5. Add the vanilla and rum and mix well.
6. Dunk bite-sized pieces of various dippers.
7. Enjoy and repeat but no double-dipping!
Note: Feel free to add more rum to taste.
Easy Recipe for Coffee Fondue
225 g | (8 oz) | Semisweet Chocolate, chunks |
200 ml | (3/4 cup) | Coffee cream |
2 ml | (1/2 tsp) | Nutmeg |
2 ml | (1/2 tsp) | Cinnamon |
Assortment of Dippers |
1. In a small saucepan, mix the chunks of chocolate and coffee cream.
2. Heat up over low heat while stirring constantly.
3. Let the chocolate melt without boiling.
4. Pour the content into your warm fondue pot.
5. Add the nutmeg and cinnamon and mix well.
6. Dip bite-sized pieces of various dippers.
7. Enjoy and repeat but no double-dipping!
